Our orthotic service provision extends into the medicolegal sector.
We regularly work with client case managers, Solicitors and other healthcare professionals in complex orthotics medicolegal cases. Our team is compliant with Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and provides Orthotic expert reports relating to personal injury and clinical negligence matters.
Our orthotic medicolegal expertise includes;
- Neurological conditions including acquired and traumatic brain injuries, stroke, cerebral palsy, spinal cord and peripheral nerve trauma
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Paediatric conditions and injury cases
- Diabetic foot conditions
- Road traffic and work related accidents
Our current split of orthotics medicolegal work is Claimant 45%, Defendant 45%, SJE 10%.
